Screen Printing
Screen Printing is an ideal solution for a variety of garment decoration applications. This process is suitable for cotton blends, polyester, nylon, and more. Screen printing also features relatively low cost-per-print and faster production making it a no- brainer for high quantity orders. The Plastisol ink used in this process produces an extremely durable print that will stand up to countless washes.

Despite the lower cost per print, there are higher set-up fees associated with screen printing. As each color will need its own dedicated screen, complex multicolored designs are particularly costly. The screen-per-color production style also makes designing for screen printing a more involved process best left to experienced graphic designers.
